Hours – 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Lunch on your own

Location – EastRise Credit Union, 141 Harvest Lane, Williston, VT

Details:  Initial 8-Hour RRPM class.

This 8-hour class is required under the Vermont Department of Health’s Lead Poisoning Prevention Law.  This is a requirement for contractors, landlords, childcare operators working on/in buildings constructed before 1978.  This training is required to attain a Vermont RRPM Supervisor License, UCCO or Landlord certification.

This course will teach you:

• An overview of history of lead and lead regulations

• When RRPM certification is required

• Pre-renovation requirements

• Lead-safe work practices

• Lead-safe cleaning procedures

• Personal protective equipment

• Prohibited work practices

• Post-renovation cleaning

• Recordkeeping
